Ticket Information
There are 3 different types of ticket:
1. Print-At-Home (PAH)
2. Printed tix @ SingPost
3. Physical tix
NO mobile tix ❌❌1. Print-at-Home (PAH) 💻Free of Charge PDF must be printed out!Pro: No need to wait for delivery or queue for venue collectionCon: If buying from reseller, there’s a risk of duplication e.g., same tix sent to multiple different buyers.⚠️The barcode is only ONE-TIME entry.2. Printed tix @ Singpost 📬$0.50
Printed tix and PAH tix look exactly the same. But you can’t access the pdf on Ticketmaster.Same pros & cons as PAH – reseller could make copies of the same tix.💡If you lose your tix, you can call in to request a switch to PAH with a new barcode!3. Physical tix ✅ 🎟With SG address: Normal mail $2; Registered Mail $3; Courier $15

Venue Collection $2 (‼️ bring credit card)Pro: Resellers can’t make copies of the physical tix /easily/
Con: Cost. Need to wait for delivery OR queue for venue collect at box office.— Reprinting to physical tix 🖨+$5 PER ticket+$3 for registered mailing, 📞call hotline to request switch
OR collect at venue on day,📍3 hours before event start timePrevious barcode for PAH and printed tix would be VOIDED.Entry only possible with the latest barcode.— Validity / Duplication scam🚷Strict no re-entry policy for Sportshub eventsYes, your printed tix might be real and existing.
